I hereby grant Sunday's Child permission to use the image and verbiage submitted to the 49 campaign
I understand that I have permission from those in the photo submitted for the 49 campaign, or if the person is less than 18 years of age, permission from their parent or legal guardian
I understand that the photo may be used in Sunday's Child promotional, marketing or retail material (such as website, Facebook and other promotional items)
I understand that the verbiage submitted should be original copy, unless credit is attributed to the author.
I understand that names given will be used as submitted
I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for use of this photo, or narrative.
